The competition concerns the procurement of cleaning of four dental clinics in Buskerud — Drammen Dental Clinic, Kongsberg Dental Clinic, Hokksund Dental Clinic and Krokstadelva Dental Clinic.
The procurement comprises i.a. Delivery of regular cleaning, cleaning related service assignments, and scheduled periodical cleaning.
The objective of this work is to take care of the surfaces, keep the premises visually appealing, satisfactorily hygienic and ensure a good internal environment. This included all cleaning, also annual spring cleaning.

The contract's content and extent:
The procurement concerns the delivery of regular cleaning (daily scheduled cleaning, fixed periodical cleaning, for example maintenance of floors, spring cleaning, carpet cleaning, cleaning of high surfaces, window cleaning, cleaning of cupboards, bookshelves and their contents, etc.), cleaning related service assignments (for example emptying waste bins and paper bins, sanitary services such as replacement of toilet paper, towels/paper towels, refilling of hand soap and servicing dirt absorbent zones), and periodical scheduled cleaning.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
Service providers must be able to offer placement of scraping/moisture absorbent mats at the entries. These must be kept clean and be replaced when they are no longer effective, i.e. no longer hold dirt and moistures.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.
The tenderer shall be registered and approved in the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority’s cleaning register. Service provider who are not yet approved, must have submitted their application for processing. If the tenderer is not approved by the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority, the contract will be terminated with immediate effect.

Documentation requirement:
Norwegian tenderers: company registration certificate.
Foreign companies: proof that the company is registered in a company register, professional register, or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Copy of the certificate issued by the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority. From service providers who still are not approved, a copy of the application/confirmation of application, must be submitted.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Sufficient economic and financial standing to fulfil the contract is required.
Documentation requirement: the Contracting Authority will carry out an assessment of finances through the company and the accounting information system Bisnode Credit AS (www.soliditet.no). Minimum credit rating A (credit worthy).
Tenderers are asked to submit other information they believe is relevant. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to obtain supplementary information about the tenderer's finances.
The chosen tenderer shall present a VAT and tax certificate upon request. This only applies if the chosen tenderer is Norwegian.
The tax certificate must not be older than 6 months old at the deadline for submitting a request for participation the competition or a tender.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers shall have experience from a minimum of 2 relevant assignments.
Documentation Requirement: tenderers shall state and give a brief description of the most important relevant deliveries during the last 3 years. The description must include provision of the assignment’s Contracting Authority (contact person, telephone and email) with values and dates.
