The Contracting Authority request tenders for procurement and delivery of:
— floor washers,
— vacuum cleaners,
— steam washer/steam,
— high-speed machines,
— scrubbing machines,
— pads for machines,
— wet vacuum,
— washing machines,
— dryer drums,
— lint boxes,
— mop refrigerator,
— sweeping machines.
The contract also includes associated consumables, wearing parts and additional equipment. Consumables are in this context defined as e.g. vacuum cleaner bags, filters, HEPA filters, dust coats for high-speed machines, etc.
The contract also includes training in use of the equipment, and the Contracting Authority must be able to order installation and disassembly of the equipment in accordance with requirements. Maintenance and repairs for all cleaning machines belonging Trondheim municipality, regardless of suppliers or manufacturers, shall also be included in the contract.

The contract shall mainly include cleaning equipment for new buildings and when supplementing procurements for the current equipment is required. E.g. a new building for health and welfare is planned. This building shall include a washing central in the basement, as well as all new washing machines on each floor or department, including all new buildings with a cleaning central with a mop washer, lint boxes and mop refrigerators.

The municipality emphasises maintenance and re-use of the current machinery. Good support for maintenance and repairs of the current equipment is therefore required. The counting of supplies in all buildings is in process, and products shall be redistributed in accordance with requirements when the counting is concluded.

The Contracting Authority requires that the tenderer's wages and working conditions are in accordance with generally applicable wage agreements or nationwide wage agreements for the appropriate area covered by the contract. Wage and working conditions are in this context defined as provisions on minimum working hours, wages, including overtime supplements, shift and rota supplements and inconvenience supplements and coverage of expenses for journeys, food and lodgings, to the degree that such provisions are in the tariff agreement.
