The contracting authority would like to receive tenders for the following services:

— subscription contract for permanent inspection and cleaning of objects,

— on-demand ordering of assignments for cleaning and removal of tagging.

The contracting authority needs a subscription scheme involving the service provider being responsible for follow-up of a number of monuments, artworks, installations, and benches, lamp posts, signs and garbage cans in urban spaces. The subscription scheme will run so that the service provider, after a set schedule, checks the listed objects, performs cleaning, removes tagging, reports and informs the police about incidents. Frequency of how often the different objects need to be inspected will vary and be stated in Appendix 7. The contracting authority reserves the right to add or remove objects from the subscription contract as needs change.

The contracting authority also needs to order individual assignments for the removal of tagging. This part of the contract will include assignments for everything not included in the subscription contract. The contracting authority has i.a. Approx 700 buildings that will be associated with the use of the contract. There will also be additional calls for objects included in the subscription contract.

The contracting authority also needs to pre-prepare various object surfaces to prevent damage. This will be relevant for both buildings and various art and installations. The objects have different structures and surfaces, requiring special agents and special competence.

Beskrivelse av fornyelser: The contract can be extended for 1 year + 1 year.

Requirement: Tenderers shall be a legally established company. Documentation: Norwegian organisations shall submit a Company Registration Certificate. Foreign companies shall present proof that the tenderer is registered in a company register or trade register in the state where the tenderer is established.

Vilkår for kontraktoppfyllelse:

The contracting authority requires that the tenderer salary and work conditions are in accordance with universal tariff agreements or nationwide tariff agreement for the area included in the contract. Salary and work conditions are in this context defined as regulations regarding minimum working hours, salary, including overtime pay, shift and Rota payment and disadvantage payment, expenses in relation to travel and board and lodging, to the degree such regulations are stated in the tariff agreement.
