Follow-up is to provide assistance with the aim of participants obtaining and/or keeping paid work. The aim is that participants shall, to the greatest possible degree, be self-sufficient with a permanent connection to working life.

Follow-up is to provide assistance with the aim of participants obtaining and/or keeping paid work. The aim is that participants shall, to the greatest possible degree, be self-sufficient with a permanent connection to working life.
The work assessment includes mapping and assessing participants´ work abilities and any specific needs for assistance in getting or keeping work.
One framework agreement for individual places for both measures shall be entered. The agreement shall cover Hordaland and Sogn og Fjordane Counties.
The service must be provided in the central areas of Bergen. All service locations must be centrally situated in relation to public transport.
NAV Vestland has during the agreement period an expected need for 3-4 parallel measure places at all times for the clarification measure and 14-18 parallel measure places at all times for the follow-up measure.
Note that this is only an estimate, and is not representing any obligations for NAV. There is much uncertainty connected to the expected need. NAV cannot guarantee full use of the places.
The utilisation of the measure, and thereby the value of the contract, will depend on several changeable factors, including the users’ requirements, allocation of necessary capital for implementation, the priorities of the counties and other framework conditions. The contracting authority is free to control the use of measures based on requirements and the available financial limit.

NAV shall ensure the basic financing of measures which will amount to 1 monthly measure place and 6 monthly measure places for the follow-up measure.
The maximum value for the entire contract period of 4 years is estimated to 15 000 000 NOK.
Note that this is an estimate, only, and is not binding for NAV. Based on the above listed uncertainty factors the contract value is very uncertain. The contract value can be higher but will most likely be lower than the estimated maximum value.
The contract will come into effect from 1.7.2020 and will have a 3 years duration period. The contracting authority (Customer) has an option for an extension of the contract for an additional 1 year.
