Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Documentation requirement

Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate.

Foreign companies: verification showing that the company is registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Norwegian tenderers, a tax certificate, cf. PPR § 7-2

Tenderers must have met their obligations with regard to the payment of tax, payroll tax and VAT. The certificate is ordered and obtained from Altinn. http://www.skatteetaten.no/skatteattest/ It must not be older than 6 months calculated from the deadline for submission of tenders.

Any arrears and other notes must be explained.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Sufficient finances are required to fulfil the assignment.

Documentation requirement

Credit rating from a certified credit institution. The evaluation shall be based on the last known fiscal figures with an indication of how the credit rating has evolved during the past 3 years. The key figures for liquidity and equity share must be given in the credit rating. If a tenderer will rely on another company to fulfil this qualification requirement, extracts from the annual accounts for the company in question must also be presented. Extracts from the annual accounts mentioned in the previous sentence must fulfil the requirements in the above bullet point.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

A very good ability to deliver is required.

— description of the service provider's technical capacity and professional qualifications. A description is requested regarding the capacity of relevant entities at the tenderer's disposal. With regard to qualifications, a brief overview of general relevant expertise at the tenderer is requested. Individual persons are not to be named. CVs will not be included in this assessment.

Experience from similar assignments is required.

Documentation requirement

The tenderer's most important deliveries over the last 3 years, including a description of the assignments, the values, time frames and recipients.
