Øvre Romerike Innkjøpssamarbeid

A call for tenders for a Framework Agreement regarding carpentry services for the following municipalities: Eidsvoll, Gjerdrum, Hurdal, Nannestad, Nes and Ullensaker. The municipalities owned company and intermunicipal companies can enter into the agreement if required. The objective of the call for tender is to ensure the Contracting Authority access to high quality carpentry services at the right price.
The value of the contract is estimated to approx. 18 000 000 NOK excluding VAT per year. Note that the value is informative and not binding for the contracting authority. Other entities in the municipalities can enter the contract if required.

Lots/groups:
The Contracting Authority has considered dividing the assignment into geographical zones, in accordance with PPR §19-4, but has decided that it is not suitable for this type of contract.
Tenderers are invited to submit tenders for one or more participating municipalities (zones). Sub-tenders are not accepted for an individual geographical zone.
The Contracting Authority retains the right to divide the contract between multiple tenderers and assume all or parts of a tender offer.
