C01493 and C01497 — Pre-Qualification — Modernisation and Upgrading for a Fuel Plant — Contest 3 (Pipe Work) and Contest 4 (Electrical Engineering Work)

The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency invites tenderers to apply for pre-qualification for a tender contest with negotiations.
The tender contest includes 2 contests:
C01493 — Contest 3: pipe work,
C01497 — Contest 4: electrical engineering work.
The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency has chosen the contract form of builder administered general contract. The contact must be executed in accordance with the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency's contract terms based on NS 8405.
Submitting tenders:
The contract is subject to security clearance. The tender documentation contains information which, according to the National Security Act, is classified as confidential. The contract is thus subject to requirements given in, or pursuant to, the Security Act.
Personnel from the tenderer who shall have access to the classified material in the tender documentation must be authorised. The personnel must also have valid security rating secret.
When access to information is provided, the contractor's personnel are under the supervision of a representative of the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency. This means that the classified parts of the tender documentation must not be handed over to the contractors but must be read on EVENES Air station at the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency's premises in the Document centre. The contractors must themselves agree on a date for this access.
