The contract concerns a framework agreement for the delivery of bus transport to Den Magiske Fabrikken (DMF) [The Magic Factory]. The transport will take place during regular school hours. There will be a need to transport employees and students from the individual schools to DMF, and back to the schools again after an average stay of 1,5 hours (round trip). We need to transport up to 250–300 classes (25–30 students per class). This concerns sixth form colleges throughout Vestfold county, and also for 6th and 9th grade from the following municipalities:: Re, Horten, Tønsberg, Sandefjord, Færder, Holmestrand and Larvik.

The 2019–2020 school year is estimated to have a transport need of 133 days with two tours per day, distributed across September, October, November, January, February, March, April, May and June.

The contracting authority will enter into a contract with one (1) service provider. The value of the procurement is anticipated to be the EEA threshold value. The value is an estimate and must therefore be considered non binding. The contract is subject to budget coverage. For further information refer to part 2, Requirement Specification.

Contract.

The framework agreement is valid for more than four years due to the investment considerations of the service provider, so that it applies to total contract duration of four year + 1 year + 1 year, cf. § 11-1 (4).

The contract commences in autumn 2019 and a closer date will be agreed with the selected tenderer.

Lots and alternative tenders.

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed.

The contracting authority has considered dividing the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4, but has decided that this is not suitable.

Varighet: 48 måneder
Beskrivelse av fornyelser: Two extensions of 12 months + 12 months.
