Oslo kommune v/ Renovasjonsetaten

Renovasjonsetaten (REN) needs to enter into a contract for return bus transport services for pupils from schools in Oslo Municipality to SirkuLÆR. SirkuLÆR is REN's premises for school education, located in Haraldrudveien 20. The need mainly follows the academic year and is greatest in the period September-June, but there can also be a need outside this period. In addition, the contracting authority will have an option for bus transport services in Oslo and the Østland area for other departments in the agency.
The contract period is 2 years. The contracting authority will have an option to extend the contract for a further 1 + 1 year on unchanged terms. See the requirement specifications in Annex 1 for further specifications.

The company's last annual financial statements including notes, the board's annual report and audit report, as well as recent information of relevance to the company's fiscal numbers.

Good experience is required from equivalent services.
Documentation requirement:
An overview of the most important assignments that the tenderer has carried out in the last 3 years that are of relevance to this contract, including the contract’s value, date of delivery and name of the recipient.
Good implementation ability is required.
A statement of the tenderer's average workforce and the number of employees in the administration in the last 3 years.
A good and well-functioning management system is required for quality assurance and environmental management for the services that will be provided.
Description of environmental management measures and quality assurance measures. Tenderers can document that the requirement is fulfilled by presenting a copy of relevant environment certificates/environmental standards, such as ISO 14001, ISO 9001, EMAS, Miljøfyrtårn, or equivalent, or by the tenderer attaching a description of the company's own system and routines.
