The value is an estimate and must therefore be considered non binding.

The Contracting Authority reserves the right to procure goods with a value of more than 200 000 NOK excluding VAT or for project specific assignments, outside the Framework Agreement.

The Contracting Authority retains the right to collect tender offers/procure used equipment from other service providers during the agreement period.

NAV in each municipality shall have the option for entering into the Framework Agreement in accordance with requirements.

Municipal enterprises in each municipality shall have the option for entering into the Framework Agreement.
