Bergen kommune [Bergen municipality] has carried the motion to build a new fire station in Rådal in Fana District to replace the current Fana Fire Station located at Paradis.

The station will be dimensioned for a crew of eight, including the rescue group (BRS). The station must also be organised as a childrens station (Bjørnis).

Floor 1: entrance, spaces for Bjørnis, gymnasium, changing rooms with showers/sauna, carriage hall + preparation room with 6 road gates, associated workshop and storage facilities, mechanical room and emergency response changing rooms.

Floor 2: office, kitchen and communal room and screw room facing Rådalslien. Between Floor 2 and the emergency response changing rooms, there are 2 sliding poles (firemen's poles).

Children must have access to suitable premises for lessons and a gymnasium on Floor 1.

Carriage hall + preparation room with 6 road gates, setback area with concrete bed for fire related vehicles/equipment and training area for the rescue group. Internal climbing tower and platform established on the roof for training.

2) The contracting requires that all tenderers have an established quality management system that is satisfactory for the quality of the contract implementation (point D system for quality assurance and environmental standard).
