Procurement of a framework agreement for Audio-visual equipment for VIken County.
The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement that safeguards all of the buyer's needs. For the employee, this mean that it will be simple to select equipment for purchase, simple to use equipment in the meeting room and in training as well as simple to get help/service during errors. For the businesses, this means having equipment that is modern and attractive to the student mass. For VFK in general, this means the delivery of the two first elements within a justifiable economic limit.

The contract concerns complete equipment delivery of AV equipment. The delivery can include all phases of ordering and supply, i.a. detailed engineering design, project management, disposal of old equipment, installation, testing, adjustment, documentation and operation/servicing. Purchase of individual components and/or complete systems for the installation of the institution itself or at another supplier is also covered by this contract. Training may also be included. The same applies to operational contracts for audio-visual equipment, as well as hiring AV technicians to assistant with deviation activity.

Deliveries within the pro audio segment and/or audio equipment that are not related to a viewing screen, and event support, are not exclusively connected to this framework agreement. The licensees are free to implement this type of procurement as separate notices or through other procurement contracts.

The contract does not include AV equipment that is part of any turnkey contract.
The equipment offered through this contract must be solely new equipment. Used equipment is not part of this framework agreement even if it belongs in the product categories that are included in the framework agreement. Participants retain the right to purchase used equipment instead of new equipment, and if this occurs it is not to be considered part of the scope included in this contract. However, it can impact the need to purchase new equipment.
