The service provider will coordinate and deliver technical skills in collaboration with the production manager for the festival. Some of the festival venues have technical limits, but there can be a need to supplement personnel or equipment, in addition to multiple locations where scenes must be built with full delivery of audio, lighting and sufficient staffing.
