The service provider will coordinate and deliver technical skills in collaboration with the production manager for the festival. In addition, the service provider must seek technical specifications for the various productions by means of web-based production tools, which in turn will form the basis for ordering for the festival. In addition, the service provider must seek technical specifications for the various productions by means of web-based production tools, which in turn will form the basis for ordering for the festival. This work will take place in dialogue with the production manager or the person delegated this responsibility.

The quantity of the scope will vary from year to year, but the festival establishes and utilised about 6 to 8 different fixed scenes with varying needs for facilitation that are programmed with daily content either during the day or evening. In addition, 2 scenes will be used in Harstad Kulturhus [Harstad Arts Centre] where only marginal supplementation is necessary and from year to year there will be different major or minor projects outdoors or in unsaleable venues for the performing arts, where samples and decommissioning takes place in connection with the festival. These rarely have programs during the entire festival period, but probably for a few days. The festival also makes a number of new productions and will therefore have a need to facilitate for samples of different sizes of performances or concerts. There may well be 2 to 4 sample facilities in use in parallel with all venues. There may be technical needs in connection with workshops, such as NUK (NY Ung Kunst) [New Young Art] and Barnas Festspill [the Childrens Cultural Festival]. It cannot be set up that equipment offered in the venue package will cover more than one venue per day as some times there is a need to expand the sample time even if the concert dates are different.
