In order to achieve this, we must reach our target groups and communicate our message in the best possible manner. We shall increase the focus on marketing and communication. However, we have limited fundings and must work in a cost and time-efficient manner and use our resources optimally. We request a joint-venture partner who can assist in the development of our work methodology related to marketing, routines, strategies and help us with an overall way of thinking. The joint venture partner must transfer parts of his competence to the Norwegian Industrial Property Office's employees. We would like to have a more uniform marketing of all our services, with particular focus in increased participation in courses.
