Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Documentation requirement:
Norwegian tenderers: company registration certificate.
Foreign companies: proof that the company is registered in a company register, professional register, or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Sufficient economic and financial standing to fulfil the contract is required. Minimum credit score A.
Due to the contract´s extent and complexity, tenderers are required to have an annual turnover of minimum 15 000 000 NOK, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 16-3.
Documentation requirement: the contracting authority will carry out an assessment of finances through the company and the accounting information system Bisnode Credit AS (www.soliditet.no).
Tenderers are asked to submit other information they believe is relevant. The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain supplementary information about the tenderer's finances.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers shall have experience from a minimum of 2 relevant assignments.
Documentation requirement: tenderers shall state and give a brief description of the most important relevant deliveries during the last 3 years. The description must include provision of the assignment’s contracting authority (contact person, telephone and email) with values and dates.
