The Contracting Authority request tenders for the procurement and delivery of:
— toys/games/activity materials,
— for inside and outside use,
— adapted for children of all ages and with various functional levels,
— bicycles and an offer for bicycle servicing,
— for use in nurseries and before-and-after-school care,
— art materials/hobby articles,
— for use in nursery schools, schools before-and-after school care. Activity offer for adults and elderly persons at health and welfare centres.
The contract will be valid for all entities in Trondheim municipality, but nurseries, schools and before-and-after school care will be the major users of the products.
The Contracting Authority's units vary in size and have different needs. The purchasing pattern in the different units will therefore also vary a lot. Art and workshop activities are changing, with creative activities throughout the year, thus creating a need for varied wooden and other sustainable materials.

Tenderers must be registered in a company register or trade register in the member state where the tenderer is established. As described in annex XI of directive 2014/24/EU; suppliers from certain member countries can be required to fulfil other requirements in the mentioned annex. Requirement: Tenderers shall be a legally established company. Documented by a company registration certificate or equivalent.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling: The tenderer must be credit worthy.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Requirement: the tenderer must be credit worthy, classification A. The creditworthiness against a guarantee is not accepted. For recently established tenderers a certificate showing score A/N is sufficient.
Documentation requirement: credit assessment of the tenderer, not older than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders. The evaluation shall be based on the last known fiscal figures with an indication of how the credit rating has developed during the past 3 years. The evaluation shall be issued by a company with a credit information licence from the Norwegian Data Protection Authority. See www.datatilsynet.no. The result of the credit appraisal shall be stated as a categorised score (letter of number) against a defined scale. Recently established tenderer must substantiate the financial capacity for the implementation of the assignment, or other documentation, e.g. accounting figures and a bank guarantee.

2) Tenderers must have a functioning quality assurance system/quality management system;
3) Tenderers must have a system for managing and tracking the supply chain;
4) Tenderers must use environmental management measures during the implementation of the contract.

1) Requirement: the tenderer must have experience from similar assignments. For tenderers recently established, it is sufficient that the proposed key personnel have experience from equivalent assignments.
Documentation requirement: an overview of the primary goods or services delivered by the tenderer during the last 3 years, together with information about the contract value, date of delivery or execution and the name and contact information of the recipient;

2) Requirement: the tenderer must have a functioning quality assurance system/quality management system.
Documentation requirement: description of the tenderer's quality assurance/quality assurance measures. A certificate of certification, for example ISO9001, will be accepted as documentation;
3) Requirement: tenderers must have a system for monitoring and tracking in the delivery chain. This means managing and tracking right down to the level for extraction of raw materials utilised in the offered products.

4) Requirement: the tenderer shall use environmental management measures during the execution of the contract.
Documentation: description of environmental management measures. A self-declaration on the environmental system attached to the tender documentation can be used as documentation. A certificate of certification, for example EMAS or ISO14001, will be accepted as documentation.
