The area review of pharmaceutical under folketrygden [the National Insurance Scheme] will create a knowledge basis for possible measures that can contribute to socio-economic efficient resource use and limit the rise in expenses for pharmaceuticals henceforward. The area review will therefore map and describe the rise in expenses and assess and suggest new or changes measures.
The contract duration is until and including 1.1.2021.
The anticipate value of the contract is from 6 000 000 NOK to 7 000 000 NOK excluding VAT. The estimate is non binding for the contracting authority.
The contracting authority reserves the right to add additional assignments in accordance with those specified in Annex 1 and that can increase the value beyond the estimate given above.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Requirement: tenderers must have sufficient ability and experience to carry out the delivery.

Documentation: a description of the tenderer's 3 most relevant assignments in the last 5 years, together with information about the contract value, date of delivery or execution and the name of the recipient. The description should only be one A4 page per assignment.

Relevant assignments means assignments of an equivalent nature, complexity or extent as that requested in this tender documentation, cf. the assignment description in annex 1. Tenderers are responsible for ensuring that the description is of such a nature that it documents fulfilment of the requirement.

Requirement: tenderers must have sufficient capacity to carry out the delivery within the specified limitations and deadlines.

Documentation: a description of the tenderer's average annual workforce and the number of employees in the management in the last 3 years. The description should only be one A4 page per assignment.

Requirement: tenderers must have sufficient competence to carry out the delivery.

Documentation: an overview shall be presented of the educational and professional qualifications for employees with relevant knowledge and experience for the procurement. Relevant knowledge and experience means experience from assignments of an equivalent nature, complexity or scope as requested in this tender documentation, cf. also the assignment description in annex 1. The overview should not exceed four A4 pages.
