Overview and a short description of the terms: tenderers who are awarded one or several of the subcontracts must, upon request from the Contracting Authority, submit a certificate confirming that the tenderer has fulfilled his obligations regarding the payment of taxes, social security contributions and VAT (tax certificate). The certificate must not be more than 6 months old. This requirement only applies for Norwegian tenderers.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement: tenderers must have relevant experience with the following, depending on which subcontract the tender is for:
— analyses and research on the global oil markets,
— analyses and research on the gas and LNG (Liquified Natural Gas) markets,
— analyses and research on NGL (Natural Gas Liquids) markets,
— analyses and research on global oil and gas upstream industry trends, costs, technology and expenses.
Documentation: tenderers must describe equivalent services in the last 3 years, with references and, if possible, the value of the delivery. This can include a specification of services connected to the establishment, operation and development of complete or partial services related to similar themes.

Documentation: an overview must be submitted of the education and professional qualifications for personnel with relevant knowledge and experience for the procurement.
