The contracting authority’s description of the delivery is pursuant to Annex 2 to the contract.
The following should be delivered:
— transport and rigging/dismantling of machinery equipment to and from Gråkallbanen [the Gråkall Tramway], Trondheim,
— surveying and adjustment of tracks, approx. 8 km,
— packing of crushed stone in ballast tracks, approx. 8 km.
The tenderer must undertake an assessment of the number of shifts required and offer this number of shifts with a shift price. The number of shifts may be decreased or increased depending on the costs and time spent to adjust the cost framework or traffic management.
The tenderer must see to the necessary certifications for his own personnel, machines and equipment that will be used for the assignment.
Application for approval of machines on the tram track must be sent to Statens Jernbanetilsyn (JBT) [the Norwegian Railway Inspectorate] via the contracting authority. Processing time is normally a minimum of 4 weeks.
Procurement and delivery of crushed stone will be undertaken by the contracting authority.
