The target group for the activities and leisure time services is persons older than 18 years with mental health challenges or that have concluded specialised interdisciplinary alcohol and drug addictions treatment services.

The activity and leisure time services can be provided anywhere in the Trondheim area, but they must have locations that allow the use of public transport.

The contracting authority requests the best possible service for the 2 categories included in the contract in order to ensure the compliance with the requirements for most of our users.

Tenders are requested for the following categories:

— physical activities,

— social activities.

The requirement for activities during afternoons/evenings on weekdays and on daytimes during weekends must be met.

The activity and leisure time service must be provided/held open throughout the year, except for holidays and red-letter days.

Vilkår for kontraktoppfyllelse:

Requirement: the contracting authority requires that the tenderer's wages and working conditions are in accordance with generally applicable tariff agreements or national tariff agreements for the area covered by the contract. Wage and working conditions are in this context defined as provisions on minimum working hours, wages, including overtime supplements, shift and rota supplements and inconvenience supplements and coverage of expenses for journeys, food and lodgings, to the degree that such provisions are in the tariff agreement.

Tenderers and relevant sub-providers must, when requested in the contract period, substantiated compliance with the wages and working conditions of employees who contribute to completion of the contract.

The contracting authority reserves the right to impose requisite sanctions if the tenderer or any sub-providers do not comply with the contractual clause on wages and working conditions.

Documentation: a self-declaration on the environmental system attached to the tender documentation must be used as documentation.
