The contract will cover UiO's need for consultancy services in the area of financial management and business management. In connection with major activity between the universities in Tromsø, Trondheim, Bergen and Oslo, the traditional consultant role may be expanded to apply to the purchase of services for traditional consultancy/advising and if needed, for extra capacity. The department for administrative support has general responsibility for accounting in relation to the financial regulation, wages function, procurement function, financial planning and resource allocation.
