The Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration (NAV), c/o NAV IT, shall implement a tender competition with negotiations. The objective of the competition is to enter into a contract with one provider for the procurement of access lines and accompanying services for NAV' network solution.
The objective of the contract is to ensure future development of the network solution and enable establishment of new services for data communication. The agreement must give flexibility in connection to changes of costs resulting from changes in user patterns and the service scope.
