Nordland County is in a region reform process. The county will have a new and expanded role of community developer and will have a number of new assignments. At the same time, Nordland County has a major challenge as our financial limit has been reduced by approximately 500 000 000 NOK.
A future-orientated organisation of the county's assignments must be developed, as well as a culture for innovation and cooperation across trade and sector boundaries.
The assignment must contribute to uncovering challenges, describing and analysing status and proposing measures that can contribute to more efficient work flow in the county, as well as solving the financial challenges that the county has in the current financial plan period.
