Arbeids- og velferdsetaten [the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration] invites tenderers to participate in a competition for a framework agreement for the purchase of user surveys. We want to gain knowledge about the user experiences and assessments and will therefore regularly implement user surveys. We need assistance to implement such surveys aimed at NAV's users, for example, private persons and employers. The procurement will results in a framework agreement with a supplier, giving us the opportunity to perform call-offs for assistance of high quality at a reasonable price. It is important for NAV that the user's protection of privacy will be safeguarded.
