Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

Service and control of local automatic systems associated with the system are also included in the framework agreement. However, this is an option that can be ordered upon request from the contracting authority. This means that the service for automatic engineering can be added to a different framework agreement during the contract period. When the contract is signed, the option for service and control is released.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

— the tenderer must be a legally established company,

— Norwegian companies: company registration certificate,

— foreign companies: a verification showing that the company is registered in a trade index or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

— Tenderers must have sufficient financial capacity to fulfil the assignment/contract.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

— the company's last 2 annual financial statements including notes, management's annual reports and audit reports, as well as new information of relevance to the company's fiscal figures,

— the contracting authority retains the right to collect credit assessments/ratings as a link in their evaluation of fulfilment of the requirement. The rating shall be carried out by a publicly certified credit rating institution.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

— tenderers are required to have the capacity and implementation ability to fulfil the assignment,

— tenderers are required to have good experience with similar assignments,

— equivalent assignments are in this context referred to assignments related to ventilation, cooling and automatic systems

— tenderers must have quality assurance that is suitable for the content of this contract.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

— a statement must be given for the tenderer's average annual workforce and the number of employees in management in the last 3 years,

— note: individual CVs are not requested here,

— tenderers must enclose a list of the 6 most important relevant deliveries and services performed during the past 3 years, including information about the value, time, the nature of the assignment (automatic, cooling, ventilation systems) and the name of the public or private recipient,

— the tenderer must present a description of the quality assurance measures. Tenderers must attach procedures and check-lists for the services offered in the contract, which show satisfactory quality assurance of the deliveries/services,

— alternatively: the tenderer can submit certificates pertaining to the company’s quality management system issued by independent bodies confirming that the tenderer fulfils certain quality management standards, for example ISO 9001 or equivalent.
