A Framework Agreement for Forestry and Sale of Timber

Oslo kommune v/ Bymiljøetaten

The Urban Environment Agency is responsible for all activities in Oslo Municipality's Woodland, including forestry. Oslo Municipality has a total of 119 500 decares of productive forest in 7 municipalities. The annual logging scope is approx. 15 000 — 30 000 m. The Contracting Authority needs logging and selling of an annual volume of 15 000 — 30 000 m divided between approx. 50-70 % complete logging, 20-30 % thinning logging and 0-10 % area logging. The Urban Environment Agency (BYM) is in the process of procuring a small logging machine for thinning. The Urban Environment Agency therefore wants to enter into a Framework Agreement for forestry and sale of timber. The objective of the contract is to increase the value creation for the forestry in Oslo municipality.

The company's last 3 annual financial statements including notes, the Board's Annual Reports and Audit Reports, including new information of relevance to the company's fiscal numbers.

Requirement:
The tenderers must have sufficient experience from equivalent assignments which must include forestry and sale of timber.
Documentation:
— an overview must be presented showing the tenderers' executed assignments for the last 3 years, including the values, dates and time, recipients and the nature and scope of the assignments. See annex 5 to the tender documentation.
