Statsbygg requests tenders for contracts on outdoor green care works at Statsbygg’s properties in Oslo. A contract shall be signed for the following:

Contract area 3; Care of green areas, the central areas North, Oslo.

Statsbygg requests tenders for contracts on outdoor green care works at Statsbygg, the eastern region's properties in Oslo. There is continual need at the properties for regular seasonal care. Good, intensive maintenance is required so that the areas at all times present as well cared for. Many of the properties are worthy of presentation and/or listed and subject to strong requirements for the quality of care. The service providers will be responsible for the areas maintaining standards in accordance with the quality requirements set in the requirement specification. If performance is lacking, the Directorate of Public Construction and Property can engage other service providers to help with the situation. In such cases the tenderer will be charged for any extra costs incurred by the Directorate of Public Construction and Property as a result.

The contract shall include all properties that are listed in Annex 2.0, the Tender form. Some of these properties can be withdrawn from the contract due to sales.

Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.

Company Registration Certificate, foreign companies are required to have a corresponding certificate as prescribed by the laws of the country where the company is registered.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderer is required to have good financial implementation ability.

The Directorate of Public Construction and Property will carry out a credit rating of tenderers.

Tenderers can, in addition, be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts, alternatively, state StartBANK ID.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

A) Master Certificate

Tenderers (the company) are required to have personnel with master certificates in landscape gardening;

B) Certified tree surgeon

Certification in accordance with ETW, ISA or equivalent is required;

C) Experience with the care of green areas

Tenderers (the company) are required to have good experience with the care of green areas.

Documentation shall be submitted confirming that the…

… company has personnel with master certificates in site gardening;

… certification requirement for tree surgeons is fulfilled;

C) Reference projects for the care of green areas.

Descriptions shall be provided, on maximum 1 page per reference project, limited up to 3 projects for assignments involving care of green areas.

The following information must be given for each of the reference projects:

— a description of the care provided,

— a description of the project and its size,

— name of contracting authority,

— the date of execution,

— how the reference project has a transferable value for the assignment.
