630704 Gipø Vest — Main Reconstruction

The Contracting Authority wants to engage a turnkey contract for the reconstruction of Gipø Vest including preparation of outdoor areas and new parking facilities in accordance with this procurement and it's appendices.
Færder Kommune [Municipality] has adopted the main reconstruction/total rehabilitation of the previous nursing home at Nøtterøy — Hjemsengveien 7, Gipø Vest. Adjacent building, Gipø Øst, was totally rehabilitated in 2017.
The project is a total of approx. 4 750 m (GFA) over 3 stories plus basement. Among other things, there are facilities allocated for health-related service rental on the ground floor (physio, doctor, pharmacy, hairdresser and nursing, etc.), day centre, cafe and communal square. On the first floor and second floor, amongst other things, 26 sheltered accommodations and a common lounge will be built. In the project, a separate parking facility will be established (approx. 65 spaces) for municipal service vehicles and employee parking for the surrounding buildings and outdoor delivery in line with the drawings/requirement specification.

The procurement is based on a turnkey contract based on NS 8407. The project consists of engineering design and main reconstruction of the day centre, cafe, health related rental and pharmacy/groceries/boutique, etc. (ground floor) and sheltered accommodations (first and second floor). The cellar is planned to be used for remote storage archives, storage, technical room, cleaning, offices, bomb shelter and activity room day centre, etc.

On 30.10.2013, Nøtterøy municipal county adopted to maintain the buildings of the previous Gipø nursing home, and to reconstruct the buildings for another use. The buildings connected to the previous Gipø nursing home including 2 main buildings, Gipø Øst and Gipø Vest, and associated corridor. This procurement concerns the reconstruction of Gipø Vest, adjoining rooms, corridor between Øst/Vest, and associated outdoor areas and parking facilities in accordance with this procurement and it's appendix. The procurement includes further options in accordance with the price form.

Gipø Vest was inaugurated as a retirement home/nursing home on 7.12.1963. The building is 4 stories and consists of a basement and 3 stories previously furnished as a nursing home. It must e demolished to the concrete structure and rebuilt in accordance with TEK 17 with new technical facilities. The total area is approx. 4 750 m
