Kort beskrivelse:
The Norwegian Tax Authority has almost 8000 employees and consultants and many different applications and trade systems, and an Identity Management (IdM) system that functions well is fundamental in order to avoid manual work with identities and access control. In the last 10 years the Norwegian Tax Authority has had an IdM system from one of the market-leading suppliers within area. The business' requirements and expectations to the system have changed/developed over time, and the current system has been specially adapted to meet these requirements. The result is that, per January 2019, the Norwegian Tax Authority has a fully functioning IdM system with many special adaptations that require high maintenance costs. As the number of special adaptations have increased, so have the complexity and risk of unforeseen side effects increased from upgrades and improvements.
