The Contracting Authorities will use this contest to enter into a Framework Agreement for the procurement of teaching aids for use in primary and secondary schools in the respective municipalities.
The following Contracting Authorities are participating in this contest and plan to make call-offs on the Framework Agreement:

Fosnes, Namsalseid and Namsos Municipalities will merge from 2020.
The plan is for the contract to continue under the management of “New Namsos” from 1.1.2020, on the same terms. This will mean a reduction in the number of organisation numbers, but no real reduction in the volume of the procurement.
