The Directorate of Public Construction and Property's general contract strategy will guide the user regarding requirements for the degree of detail in the individual project's contract strategy depending on the project's maturity and phase according to the Directorate of Public Construction's project model. The strategy must also contain instructions and guidance about which analyses/assessments of internal and external conditions will be used in the work with contract strategies for projects, and be guiding in the selection of collaboration models between the Direction of Public Construction and Property and the service providers. As part of the assignment, the consultant must also prepare templates for decision documents for the individual decision stages in the project model.

The consultant must also prepare course materials and participate in training in the Directorate of Public Construction and Property's school course in contract strategy. Training takes place once per year for a duration of 2 days, the first course will be 12-13/6-2019.

The consultant will also contribute to maintenance and further development of the general contract strategy and templates. Assignments preparing specific contract strategies for individual projects as needed must also be anticipated. This will be ordered on an ongoing basis as needed, until the contract expires.
