Statsbygg will enter into a framework agreement for SHA resources for the follow-up of construction projects in Oslo and Akershus and the surrounding area. The SHA resources will take care the requirements that Statsbygg has as a builder as regards safety, health and the working environment in the building and construction industry, cf. §14 in the Builder Regulations. SHA resources means a SHA coordinator for the execution phase (KU) and a SHA consultant in the project.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.

Company registration certificate, foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate as prescribed by the laws of the country where the company is registered, alternatively StartBANK ID.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability.

The size of the turnover, seen in relation to the contract value, can be emphasised.

The Directorate of Public Construction and Property will carry out a credit rating of tenderers.

Tenderers can, in addition, be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts, alternatively, state StartBANK ID.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

1) Tenderers are required to have sufficient experience from assignments with comparative value.

A description must be provided of approx. 1 A4 page per project of up to 3 reference projects in the last 3 years with a comparative value, with information on, amongst other things:

— contracting authority,

— the assignment´s contract value excluding VAT,

— the company´s assignments/role in the project/framework agreement,

— start-up date and completion date;

2) Tenderers must have a secure implementation ability (capacity)

An overview must be submitted of employees in the company who have experience and competence to carry out assignments under the contract, with documentation of fulfilment of the minimum requirements for the executing personnel (courses/course certificates).
