Statsbygg shall enter framework agreements for health and work environment resources for follow-up the construction projects in Bergen and the surrounding areas. The Safety, health and work environment resources shall safeguard the requirements that are made to Statsbygg as a contracting authority in regards the Safety, health and work environment in the building and construction industry. Cf. § 14 the Construction Client Regulations. Safety, health and work environment resources are defined as a Safety, health and work environment co-ordinator in the execution stage (KU) and as a Safety, health and work environment consultant to the project.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.

Company registration certificate, foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate as prescribed by the laws of the country where the company is registered, alternatively StartBANK ID.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability.

The size of the turnover, seen in relation to the contract value, can be emphasised.

The Directorate of Public Construction and Property will carry out a credit rating of tenderers.

Tenderers can, in addition, be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts, alternatively, state StartBANK ID.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

1) Tenderers are required to have sufficient experience from assignments with comparative value.

A description must be provided of approx. 1 A4 page per project for up to 3 reference projects in the last 3 years with a comparative value, including information on amongst other things:

— contracting authority,

— the assignment's contract value excluding VAT ,

— the tenderer's assignments/role in the project/framework agreement,

— start-up date and completion date;

2) Tenderers must have a secure implementation ability (capacity).

An Overview of the number of employees with experience and competence in conducting assignments stated in the contract, including compliance with minimum requirements for the executing personnel (course/course certificate) must be presented.

SHA resources means the roles of SHA coordinator for the execution phase (KU) and SHA consultant for projects.
