2019/1331 — Framework Agreement for Electric Stretchers for the Ambulance Service HMN RHF

The ambulance service in Helse Midt-Norge RHF [the Central Norway Regional Health Authority] wants to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of electric stretches to be mounted in ambulances (with stretcher lift), and the purchase of electric stretchers that will not be permanently mounted in vehicles. For example, stretchers with fixed incubators, that are placed in vehicles as needed.
The need summarised:
— electric ambulance stretchers,
— electric lifts for ambulance stretchers (delivered to the vehicle manufacturer),
— complete delivery of electric ambulance stretchers with lift (delivered to the vehicle manufacturer).
Delivered to the vehicle manufacturer: price must include delivery to the vehicle manufacturer in Europe. Specific delivery locations will be announced shortly after the decision regarding the national tender — ambulance vehicles.

The contracting authority has an expectation of the estimated lifetime of 10 years.
The framework agreement has an estimated value of 14 000 000 NOK to 32 000 000 NOK excluding VAT.

A framework agreement will be signed for (2) years with an option for 1+1 year.
The contracting authority emphasises that the estimated scope is not binding for the contracting authority.
