Cf. IV. 1.1) Type of procedure. The Contracting Authority emphasises that the procedure is an open procedure in accordance with PPR chapter IV and that negotiations are included. The procurement shall result in one or more contracts. The Contracting Authority also notes their reservation that the tender form is not completely suited to the procedure for the procurement of health services. The Contracting Authority shall enter into a 4-year contract. Option for up to 1+1 year extension. The contract period is based on the service's special nature and the development of the service and collaboration forms.
