The contracting authority intends to enter into a framework agreement for carpentry installation works, including materials for general operation/maintenance of the municipalities’ buildings. The buildings' include:
— schools,
— nursery schools,
— nursing homes,
— municipal housing,
— arts centres,
— sports centres,
— administration buildings,
— other buildings/instructions.
The execution of the carpentry installation work must be of high quality craftsmanship, completely delivered and assembled in accordance with the requirements for products. This tender documentation with annexes contains the requirements the contracting authority has made for the quality and execution. These requirements come in addition to the general standard job description. If discrepancies between the requirements/conditions in the tender documentation and the general description should occur, the tender documentation’s requirements must prevail over the general description.
The framework agreement shall cover carpentry installation work for general operation and maintenance, as well as minor reconstruction of the existing service buildings and municipal housing.
