20180013 Framework Agreement, Furniture and Fixtures

The Norwegian Tax Administration wishes to enter into a Framework Agreement that ensure a wide range of office furniture and fixtures.
The aim of the procurement is i.a.:
Access to office furniture and fixtures that comply with the Norwegian Tax Administration's "Work place concept". Support the Norwegian Tax Administration's HR strategy, including preventing absence due to sickness.
Ensure the availability for products/service, as well as ensuring that the functionality of the products is in accordance with the Norwegian Tax Administration's always prevailing requirements.
The Framework Agreement will include everything from minor consecutive orders to large procurements in relation to projects.

Qualification requirements
— tenderers must have adequate financial capacity to carry out the contract.
Documentation Requirement
— the tenderer's last annual report and annual accounts as well as new information of relevance to the company's accounting figures,
— credit rating from a certified credit institution.
The evaluation shall be based on the last known fiscal figures with an indication of how the credit rating has evolved during the past three years. The key figures for liquidity and the equity ratio must be shown on the credit rating.

— good experience is required from similar contracts.
Documentation Requirement
— list of the most important deliveries or services performed during the past three years, including information about the value, time, and the name of the public or private recipients.

— tenderers shall have quality assurance routines adapted to this delivery.
