NAV Agder would like to procure Framework Agreements for the labour market measure follow-up.
Follow-up is to provide assistance with the aim of participants obtaining and/or keeping paid work. The aim is that participants shall, to the greatest possible degree, be self-sufficient with a permanent connection to working life. Follow-up can include career guidance, assistance with targeted job seeking and job development, guidance and advice connected to work participation, both for participants and employers, training in work related and social skills, as well as follow-up and facilitation at work, in order to facilitate a transition to work and ensure that jobs are kept. We do this as we must award one contract per service area in Mercell, and there must be a registration of which tenderers are participating where. At the same time, tenderers avoid having to upload a tender in each sub-competition, and they avoid having to submit a revised tender for each of the sub-competitions after any negotiations.
