In connection with the expansion of Sandefjord Sewage Treatment Plant, Sandefjord kommune [Sandefjord Municipality] invites tenderers to participate in a competition with negotiations after prior notice for subcontracts:
— V1-Sanitation, heating and compressed air.
As such, the competition is implemented in two phases, where the first phase in the competition is a pre-qualification of applications that want to enter a tender for the contract.
The contract value is estimated to be 6 600 000 NOK.
Sanitation:
The new building will be readied for up to three separate water systems:
— purified waste water to polymers,
— clean tap water for consumables,
— used water to flushing posts.
A new complete set-up for water filters for purified waste water will be delivered.
Pipes with used water will be connected to the existing installation within the existing buildings. Pipes for clean consumable water will be connected into the existing buildings.
Waste water will be gravity-fed to pump sumps and thereafter pumped with a waste water pump to the old treatment plant, and some waste water will be released down into the basins/chutes.
Processing of roof water from extinguishers is not included in this contract.
W&S pipelines for surface water will be delivered in another contract.
All sanitation equipment will be assembled as waste-water damage proof installation in accordance with TEK17.
Heating installations:
New roundtrip main pipeline for heating to the new building, connected to the existing heating system in the central heating placed in another building. The heating pipelines are laid as pre-isolated remote heating pipes in a ditch.
New heat exchangers will be assembled within wall cavity in the new pump basement courses will be established for:
— snow melting systems,
— floor heating,
— heat battery for air treatment,
— roof heating panel in the process part, new construction,
— radiators in the existing hall,
— radiators in toilets, blower mechanical rooms, ventilation rooms and control rooms,
— radiators in the pump cellars and chemical rooms.
Heating from blower machines will be recycled.
Electric boilers will be installed as backup for the heating needs in the new areas as well as to cover the peak load if necessary.
Heating and tap water are electric.
Compressed air:
Compressed air will be established to the work stations at all flushing posts.
New compressed air installations will be connected to the existing installation in the existing building.
Cooing system:
A new DX cooling unit must be delivered and mounted in the switchboard room.
