Sandefjord Municipality invites tenderers to a negotiated procedure after a prior notice for a sub-contract for the expansion of Sandefjord Treatment Facility:
— V2 — Air treatment plant.
The contest will be held in 2 stages, with the first stage in the contest being a pre-qualification of applicants who would like to submit tenders for the contract.
The contract's value is estimated to 6 500 000 NOK.
A complete new air treatment plant and a 2-stage odour reduction plant is to be established for a new extension. The air treatment plant must also have the capacity to cover areas that are to be built-in (existing basins) and the existing workshop.
The ventilation system is split into 2 separate systems, with part being clean ventilation and the other system being unclean ventilation. The clean ventilation is to be guided to the air treatment plant, whilst the unclean ventilation is to be guided to a 2-stage odour reduction plant with photox UV and a coal filter.

Battery recovery is to be established from both the clean and unclean ventilation units. Heat is to be recovered for the supply air.
Separate ventilation over the highest roof via jet hoods. Intake via a grate in the facade in the technical room. The aggregate units are to be placed in the technical room together with 2 UV odour reduction installations. Coal filters are to be placed outside on the roof, by the technical room.

Supply air channels and main channels for ventilation in the process part are to be assembled between the grating. Supply air to the process part is to be supplied to the room via large diffusors in the ceiling. Ventilation is to be guided down along the outer wall down to basins.

The channels are to be galvanised, apart from the unclean ventilation system, which must have acid proof AISI316 material quality. The ventilation channels with unclean ventilation that are laid in basins must be acid proof.
The assembly will take place high up over the entire plant.
