Brief about the procurement:
Sandefjord municipality, c/o the Cleaning department, requests tenders for the procurement and laying of smudge and moist absorbing wall-to-wall carpets. Other entities in the municipality can enter into the contract if required. Adaptation of doors, doorsteps and other conditions must be notified the contracting authority early in the process.
The estimated contract value for carpets during the contract period is approx. 2 800 000 NOK. The value is based on statistics and the accounting figures for the procurement of equivalent products for the same buyer group for previous years. The value must therefore be seen as a non-binding estimate. This also applies to stated quantities in the products' tab in the Mercell portal (price sheet).
The estimated scope of orders is approx. 6-700 m per annum. This is only an estimate.

The carpets must be installed at the entrances for schools, nurseries and administration buildings.
Most of the locations must have new carpets, equivalent carpets are currently installed at several of our locations. These carpets must be replaced in accordance with needs.
The carpets must contain possibilities for outdoor scrape off and indoor coarse scrape off. The carpets must be wall-to-wall and moist absorbent.
The carpets must be of such quality that the children can use the changing rooms as a play area, even though it is rainy and humid weather that causes the carpets to become damp.
