A framework agreement will be established for fuel and lubricants for vehicles and machinery used at NMBU. In addition to requesting the traditional fossil fuels. To some extend there will also be a need for the selected supplier to be able to charge electric cars at their own station facilities.

The Norwegian University of Life Science NMBU has a special responsibility for providing research and education that shall ensure the basis of existence for future generations. We provide knowledge for life and sustainability is rooted in everything we do. NMBU has 1,700 employees and 5,200 students and is organised in 7 faculties. NMBU currently has campuses at Ås and in Oslo. These 2 campuses shall be co-located from autumn 2020. NMBU also has a research centre in Sandnes.

Justification for cancellation After a thorough review of all the received tenders, NMBU has concluded that we unfortunately have to cancel the tender contest. The tender documentation contained too much freedom in the formulations of the commercial terms, which meant that received tenders were not directly comparable. The tender documentation violates the basic principle of predictability in public procurements. The tender contest is therefore cancelled in accordance with the PPR§25-4 (1) NMBU intends to republish a new tender contest for the same services during the spring/the early summer of 2020.
