ARBEIDS- OG VELFERDSETATEN (NAV)

According to the National Insurance Act Chapter 10, all those who have had their functional ability in everyday life significantly and permanently reduced due to illness, injury or defect, have a right to necessary and appropriate aids.
The purpose of the procurement is:
To establish a range of environmental controls, with a breadth that covers the majority of the needs of the relevant users.
To facilitate that the products can first be designed if necessary, thereafter be installed, repaired and disassembled on site at the user.
Detailed procurement content is specified in Annex 1. The contract will be regulated by the attached contractual terms with Annex, cf. the tender documentation Part II and III.

Estimert totalverdi: 230 000 000 NOK 💰
Kort beskrivelse:
Contracts will be signed with total suppliers of environmental control systems. In order to become qualified as a total supplier, the tenderer must offer the product types and services included in the competition, further described in Annex 1.
Parallel Framework Agreements will be signed with at least 3 total suppliers provided that there are a sufficient number of suitable tenderers and tenders offers. The distribution key is the percentage of distribution of the sale of goods.
Percentage distribution:
— with a Framework Agreement with 3 service providers
—— 50/30/20%
— with a Framework Agreement with 2 service providers
—— 60/40%
The call-off mechanism is further described in point 2 of the Framework Agreement.

Requirement:
Norwegian tenderers must have their tax and VAT payments in order.
Documentation requirement:
— Norwegian tenderers: Tax and VAT certificate from the tax authorities, not older than 6 months from the tender deadline expiry.
The tenderer is required to be a legally established company.
Norwegian tenderers: Company registration certificate from the Brønnøysund Register Centre.
Foreign Tenderers: Certificate for registration in the Register of Business Enterprises as prescribed in the legislation of the country in which the tenderer is established.
