Statsbygg has been assigned by the Ministry of Culture to formulate a preliminary project for user equipment for the renovation of the National Theatre. The National Theatre's main building was built in 1899 in the Studenterlunden district, Oslo. The building was listed for protection in 1983. Renovation and upgrading are required for the building structures and for technical plants at the National Theatre. The user equipment project includes the replacement and upgrading of stage technical equipment, user equipment and furnishing and equipment.

Statsbygg want to enter into a contract with an interior decorator for the design of user equipment, furnishing and equipment.

Separate tender competitions are being held for the engineering group contract (H001 PG), the stage engineering consultancy contract (H101) and the acoustics/electro-acoustic contract (H002/H103).

Varighet: 24 måneder
Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

A draft and preliminary project shall be prepared in this stage. Execution of detailed engineering design and follow up in the construction and warranty phase, is depending on our Contracting Authority deciding to go ahead, and that there are funds allocated. These stages shall therefore be considered as options for Statsbygg.

Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.

Company Registration Certificate, foreign companies are required to have a corresponding certificate as prescribed by the laws of the country where the company is registered.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability.

The Directorate of Public Construction and Property will carry out a credit rating of tenderers.

Tenderers can, in addition, be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts, alternatively, state StartBANK ID.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Adequate experience from assignments of comparative value.

The tenderer shall submit information for up to 3 reference projects that the tenderer has completed*), and of comparative value to this project.

This information shall be stated in the attached form: "Skjema for kvalifikasjonskrav referanseprosjekt_Nationaltheatret rehabilitering".

Tenderers are required to have secure implementation ability (capacity).

Overview of the number of employees in the company with relevant engineering design competence divided by discipline and job category.

There is a need to rehabilitate and upgrade the buildings conditions and technical installations at the National Theatre. The user equipment project includes the replacement and upgrading of technical stage equipment, user equipment and fixtures.
