To implement a qualification process for tenderers who may be interested in submitting tenders for:
— engineering design group (PG).
Kulturdepartementet [the Ministry of Culture] has given Statsbygg [the Directorate of Public Construction and Property] the task of preparing a preliminary project for the rehabilitation of the National Theatre. The National Theatre's main building was erected in 1899 in Studenterlunden in Oslo. The building was listed for protection in 1983. The building conditions and technical installations at the National Theatre need rehabilitation. The Engineering Design Group sought after will prepare the draft and preliminary project. Execution of detailed engineering design and follow up in the construction and warranty phase, is depending on our Contracting Authority deciding to go ahead, and that there are funds allocated. These phases are considered as options.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.
Company Registration Certificate, foreign companies are required to have a corresponding certificate as prescribed by the laws of the country where the company is registered.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability.
The Norwegian Construction and Property Management Department will carry out a credit rating of tenderers.
Tenderers can, in addition, be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts, alternatively, state StartBANK ID.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
1) The Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Fire Consultant Engineer, HVAC and Sanitation Engineer companies require sufficient experience from engineering design of construction projects with comparable value. Sufficient experience from cross-discipline coordination of engineering design services for construction projects with a comparable value is required for PGK (the company). Each company in the group must provide information about up to 3 reference projects they have executed in the disciplines they represent and that have comparable value to this project.

2) Tenderers are required to have secure implementation ability (capacity). Overview of the number of employees in the company with relevant engineering design competence, divided into job categories/disciplines.
