The Directorate of Public Construction and Property has received a task from the Ministry of Justice and Public Security to implement an expanded preliminary project for a new 2-year vocational college at the existing fire training school in Tjeldsund. For this work, the Directorate of Public Construction and Property needs an engineering design group.

The project has a divided implementation model where the fire station and educational building/canteen are carried out as a turnkey contract while other minor new construction and outdoor works are carried out as an execution contract. This tender invitation concerns engineering design for the execution contract, that consists of approx. 1 300 m

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.
Company Registration Certificate, foreign companies are required to have a corresponding certificate as prescribed by the laws of the country where the company is registered.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability. The size of the turnover, seen in relation to the contract value, can be emphasised.
The Directorate of Public Construction and Property will carry out a credit rating of tenderers.
Tenderers can, in addition, be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts, alternatively, state StartBANK ID.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Companies that offer the disciplines of architecture, landscape architecture, consulting construction engineering and water and waste water engineering are required to have sufficient experience from engineering design of construction projects of comparable value.

PGK (the company) requires significant experience from multi-disciplinary coordination of engineering design services for construction projects of comparable value.
Companies in the group that represent the named disciplines must deliver completed ‘Form for Qualification Requirements — Reference Projects’ (attached tender invitation) with up to 3 reference projects from recent years of comparable value. The list must be completed with information about i.a.:
