The contract for builder's representative also includes the task as Safety, health and work environment coordinator function for the engineering design phase (KP) and the execution phase (KU).
The Ministry of Culture has given Statsbygg the task of executing the construction project for Saemien Sijte, based on a 'simplified preliminary project' (hereafter called the 'draft project') from 2017. The new building will be approx. 1 600 m
The site is at Horjemstangen in Snåsa. The development plan was prepared and approved 2010-2011. The site is not developed. The establishment of the technical infrastructure and access roads are included in the project.
Varighet: 36 måneder

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The tenderer is required to have a legally established company.
Company registration certificate.
Foreign companies are required to have a corresponding certificate as prescribed by the laws of the country where the business is registered.
Alternatively a StartBANK ID.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability. The size of the turnover, seen in relation to the contract value, can be emphasised.
Statsbygg will carry out a credit rating of tenderers.
Tenderers can, in addition, be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts, alternatively, state StartBANK ID.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers are required to have good experience from assignments with a comparative value, including the safety, health and work environment coordinator function.
A description must be provided of approx. one A4 page per project of up to 3 reference projects in the last 5 years with a comparative value, with information on amongst other things:
— the project name,
— contracting authority,
— the project's size in m
— type of building,
— type of contract,
— the assignment's contract value excluding VAT,
— the company's assignments/role in the project,
— the start-up date and completion date (year)/if not completed — where 1 is in the project,
— in what phases the assignment was carried out.
Tenderers are required to have secure implementation ability (capacity).
Overview of the number of employees in the company, divided into job categories.
The person offered as the builder’s representative is required to have taken a one week course in the applicable working environment law (example: HSE management course, 40 hours HSE course). The main part of the course must have been carried out as a classroom course — purely on-line based courses are not accepted.
