In connection with the projects New Government Building Complex and RKV Energy Supply, stability bolts will be installed and measured in order to document the pre-condition and any subsidence of neighbouring structures as a result of demolition work, groundwork and tunnel work.
Statsbygg (the Directorate of Public Construction and Property) is responsible for collecting tender offers for the installation of subsidence bolts and the implementation of the measuring programme.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability. The size of the turnover, seen in relation to the contract value, can be emphasised.

The Directorate of Public Construction and Property will carry out a credit rating of tenderers. Tenderers can, in addition, be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts, alternatively, state StartBANK ID.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

The contractor is required to have sufficient experience from assignments with comparative value.

A description shall be provided of up to 3 comparable value reference projects from the last 3 years, on approx. 1 A4 page per project. Statsbygg (the Directorate of Public Construction and Property) reserves the right to collect references from contracting authorities for the stated reference projects
