The Requirement Specification consists of a general description of the purpose, need and requirement of the delivery, and a Requirement Specification where the specific requirements of the fittings and equipment are given.
The contract shall cover procurement, delivery and installation of all forklifts and lifting equipment included in the tender to the new National Museum at Munkedamsveien 24, 0250 Oslo, and that are described in more detail in Appendix 1 the Requirement Specification and Appendix 2 the General requirements and other Annexes.

Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.
Company Registration Certificate, foreign companies are required to have a corresponding certificate as prescribed by the laws of the country where the company is registered.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability.
The Directorate of Public Construction and Property will carry out a credit rating of tenderers.
Tenderers can, in addition, be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers shall have good experience from equivalent assignments.
Description of the tenderer´s up to 3 most relevant contracts in the course of the last 5 years. The description must include:
A statement of the assignment´s value, content, date and recipient (name, telephone number and e-mail address).
It is the tenderer's responsibility to document relevance through the description.
