The new National Museum project needs to procure a motorized easel with a communication module for a control and integrated photography/camera system with high flexibility, which will be installed in a separate photography room in the new museum.
The easel will be used for photographing paintings of varying sizes, where the largest can be several metres. The easel/system must have functions that enable paintings to be photographed in several sections, so that all of the pictures can be put together to a picture file with very high resolution, which gives a detailed picture that shows, amongst other things, brush strokes and small cracks. It must be possible to use the system for photography in normal light, side light and for ultraviolet and infrared photography. It ought to be flexible, so that all types of cameras can be used and so that it is flexible for use in different types of light from different directions. The distance between the painting and camera must also be adjustable and flexible. The easel can be either wall mounted or floor mounted.

The fixings for the painting must be flexible as the frame can be crooked. It ought to be possible to tip the fixings backwards and forwards.
The easel will be assembled in a room that is 120,7 m
The optimum system will be an easel that is motorised with movement vertically and horizontally (X-Y), with the camera remaining still. The easel ought to be computer controlled with software that communicates with all camera systems and that can be programmed to control the movement of the easel and release the camera. The easel system must be able to remember/store the movements, so that they can be repeated (e.g., with different types of lighting).

Other alternatives can be a combination of a moveable easel and a moveable camera, or where the object stands still and the camera is moved horizontally and vertically.

Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.
Certificate from the register of enterprises foreign tenderers are required to have a corresponding certificate as prescribed by the laws of the country where the business is registered.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Satisfactory financial implementation ability/capacity to deliver in accordance with the contract is required.
The company's annual report or extracts thereof from the last 3 years, and a credit rating report, not older than 6 months, from a publicly certified credit rating institution.
The Contracting Authority will assess turnover, the result and key figures under this point.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(a) tenderers must have sufficient experience and competence to develop systems that can fulfil the need for a motorised easel;
(b) tenderers must have a quality assurance system that is appropriate for this assignment;
(c) tenderers must have the capacity to take on and complete the assignment;
(d) tenderers must submit a description that shows their ability to deliver and put together technical systems and their functionality to offer a functioning motorised easel in accordance with the need.
Any reference project that is comparable with this assignment, or partly similar, is to be accounted for/documented.
The description may be up to 5 pages + illustrations.
Tenderers must submit a description of a QA system, or attach relevant certification. This must include how it is built up and how it will be followed for this assignment.
A description must be submitted of the number of resources with technical competence, installation, project management and system integrators who will be dedicated to the assignment.
